Thank you for shopping with Vayu Store. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders across India.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities and towns. We currently do not ship outside of India.
Delivery Timeframes

Please note these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all eligible orders across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us and future COD orders from the same address may be restricted.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at support@vayustore.in. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through our courier partner's website.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at support@vayustore.in to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@vayustore.in with your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
